Who We Are
Dane Outreach was established in 1977 co-founded by Georgia Hymmen and Marta Brock. They saw a need, and stepped up. Since then, Georgia and Marta have gotten a lot of help building Dane Outreach from all kinds of folks, including Georgia's husband, Jack Henderson. Dane Outreach has been a recognized charitable organization and 501(c)(3) since 1998.

Dane Outreach has grown and changed over years, but one thing remains the same, the commitment of all its members to helping Great Danes in need.
Board Members have decades of experience with Great Danes. We screen all our members.
We're proud of our hard working volunteers, and we're one of the longest-lived and most successful animal rescue groups in the Puget Sound area.
